Eric Lieb combines his diverse professional background with Fitness and Mindfulness to train athletes, organizations, businesses, schools, performing artists, families, and individuals. He is a 5K Champion runner, State Champion Gymnastics Coach, percussionist, kickboxer, and member of the SAG-AFTRA Actor's Union.
He spent two years in a Residential Mindfulness Meditation program and earned a Mindful Living Program Certificate in 2010. His time in residency equated to nearly 8,000 hours of Mindfulness Training. He has served as a Mindfulness Trainer at the Center for Holistic Medicine in Riverwoods, IL, has trained an NBA player and NFL Head Coach, and was featured in two news articles for his work with athletes and students.
He is a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Professional (NPTI-600), Certified Fitness Boxing Instructor (BnB L1&2) and USAG Certified Gymnastics Instructor.
Throughout his career he has worked for various private companies, not-for-profit organizations and owned and operated a State Champion Gymnastics Program. With his diverse professional and personal background, his goal is to provide his clients with the tools for life empowerment, strength, focus, creativity, clarity, success, and most of all, living a more full and enjoyable life.
