Training for Individuals
There are many ways that individuals can benefit from Mindfulness. Mindfulness can enhance joy, create greater self-awareness, ease the sometimes bumpy road of life transitions, and enhance confidence. Mindfulness has also been scientifically proven to improve stress management, immune system functions, emotional regulation, relationships, cognitive function, memory, sleep, performance, concentration, body awareness, and support weight-loss.
Mindful Strides offers a customized training for individuals to support any or all of the above benefits. Also, a training can be customized for an individual's professional, athletic, and/or performing interests.
