Below is a brief questionnaire. The information that you provide will assist us in customizing your training to your unique traits, lifestyle, habits, hobbies etc. Based on your information, we can also provide auxiliary tips (i.e. movement, nutrition etc.). These tips can greatly support the practice of mindfulness and vice versa.
